We spent a couple of days at Soul of Africa for our 5th anniversary and we had a great time. The lodge is situated perfectly on an elevated hill with amazing views of the African bush veld. All chalets are perfectly situated to ensure 100% privacy. The food is nice and more than enough, the people are friendly and very willing to assist.

A weekend away spent at the most amazing lodge in the heart of Limpopo. Surrounded by tranquility, wild and heartwarming souls. Waking up to the sounds of nature and resting at night with a sky lit with stars. We couldn’t have made a better choice to start our new journey together (yes, we got engaged:)!) than at the Soul of Africa.
We visited Rooiberg for a mountain bike race but the weekend ended up feeling like we were on holiday! The hostess Carla is a very special lady, with hospitality skills that go beyond the ordinary. All the meals were delicious and plentiful (self control is key, otherwise Carla will see to it that you leave with a few extra inches around your waist!)
We spent the weekend in this beautiful place. We were a family of 7 including a baby and a 4 year old. We had a wonderful time with the owners of the lodge. Due to the fact that we were the only guests in the lodge we had a real personalized service. All the bungalows have a beautiful view and it’s not unusual to see giraffes as you’re having breakfast!
We had an amazing stay at Soul of Africa. The whole experience was perfect – from the breathtaking views all round, the stunning food and especially the very friendly service. We were able to completely relax and just enjoy the lodge as everything was taken care of. Carla and Daven were great and their entire team made us feel very welcome.
